Optimum Procurement has been positioned as a 'Major Contender' within the global procurement outsourcing market by leading research firm Everest Group in their new report, 'Procurement Outsourcing (PO) Service Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix™ Assessment 2016'.  Optimum is featured for a fifth straight year, achieving a 'Major Contender' classification for a second consecutive year.

Everest Group evaluates service providers along six dimensions – market success, scale, scope, technology and innovation, delivery footprint, and buyer satisfaction levels – to assess their overall PO capability.

The report notes that clients cite Optimum’s high responsiveness, relationship management and industry expertise as key strengths, resulting in the Manchester based company being one of only four service providers to achieve a ‘very high’ Buyer Satisfaction rating. Also highlighted is Optimum’s strong sourcing-focused capability underpinned by sound technological expertise via their proprietary solutions in e-sourcing, fleet management and energy procurement.
